Adrian is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the ecommerce logistics industry. Skilled in People Management, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, and Sales Management. He has served in DHL for over a decade and worked as pioneer in developing China market in two different business units: DHL Global Forwarding and DHL eCommerce Solution. After gaining enough industrial knowledge from a global 500, he has decided to leave the comfort zone and become the Managing Director of Asia Pacific and Emerging Market in YunExpress which is a unicorn startup in Shenzhen, China.
During his career development in Mainland China, he chose to return to CUHK and pursue the MBA study in 2017. Most of the selected lectures were focusing on leadership, entrepreneurship and managing innovation & technology because he wanted to transform himself from a professional executive to an entrepreneur. To broaden the horizon, Adrian has taken a break in his career and exchanged in The University of Michigan. Finally, he graduated as Top 3 in MBA programme (part time module) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong – CUHK Business School in 2020 and awarded Dean’s List. After graduation, he has formed an alumni association: CUHK MBA Greater Bay Area Alumni Chapter and be the first President, his mission and vision are to link up the graduates and the current students, enhancing the connection and engagement in MBA community.

The founder and CEO of EasyParcel, Clarence Leong started his career as a material-science aerospace engineer in the UK before deciding to return to Malaysia to become an entrepreneur. The Penang native founded two start-ups before finally landing on a winner in 2014.
After the unsuccessful attempt at scaling his second start-up, Leong came up with a novel idea of streamlining shipping, and doing away with the unnecessary manual labour involved in delivering a parcel, which costs both time and money. He founded EasyParcel, a web-based parcel consolidator and e-commerce shipping solutions provider, which enables customers to book deliveries with multiple established courier companies at competitive prices.
With EasyParcel’s integrated e-commerce platform, customers can get quotes from multiple courier companies to get the best price, do a quick online-delivery booking, track their delivery and get auto-generated consignment notes. Today, EasyParcel has more than one million users including SMEs, with an average of 100,000 deliveries daily, and has a presence in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.

Global supply chain professional with +25 years’ experience in operations, systems, and process development/implementation. Specialization in fulfillment from FC (fulfillment center) builds to mega campaign delivery, driving efficiency, TPH (throughput per hour) and CPI (cost per item) through proven and innovative process development and implementation. Strategic product development from concept to delivery with a passion for people development.

Sid is the Managing Director of the Asia Pacific Post Cooperative (APP), a non-governmental, non-profit organisation supporting postal operators in the Asia Pacific region. As a logistician with 25 years of experience, including a background in the UK’s Royal Air Force, Sid is an expert in post, parcel, cross border, and e-commerce.
The APP provides a platform for its 28 members to share experiences and information, with a focus on quality, innovation, e-commerce, and sustainability. The organisation’s mission is to assist members in improving quality and increasing volume, revenue, and profitability. The APP promotes cooperation and exchange of best practices and supports the development of postal services in the region. Sid is passionate about the postal industry and its role in promoting economic development and social mobility. He has worked in the Asia Pacific region for over a decade and is dedicated to the success of the APP and its members.

Hari is Country Head of WeFreight Thailand. He has over 25 years of work experience in commercial, logistics, supply chain, and market development. Throughout his career, he has hands-on experience in various functions such as sales and marketing, finance, warehouse, logistics, distribution, production planning, and dispatch scheduling, etc

He has worked in global multinational logistics service provides like Keuhne+Nagel, DB Schenker, Rhenus and manufacturing in Aditya Birla Carbon at senior management positions in Thailand.

He has completed Master of Science [M Sc] in Chemistry and Master of Business Administration [MBA] and fluent in English, Hindi (Indian Language) and Thai.
